Purchase on account (only for corporate customers)

You will receive an invoice from us by e-mail and pay the invoice amount conveniently by bank transfer. When paying by invoice, we obtain information about your creditworthiness from a service provider in order to assess our credit risk. You can avoid an evaluation of your creditworthiness by selecting another payment method. If the evaluation of your creditworthiness is sufficient for us, we will deliver the goods immediately. You pay the invoice comfortably after receiving it with a payment term of 14 days. The possibility to pay by invoice will be confirmed or rejected by us within 24 hours after receipt of the order.

Payment in advance (prepayment)

Please transfer the invoice amount (bank transfer or payment slip) to our bank account, stating your order number. You can find our bank details either on the invoice or in the order confirmation. After receipt of your bank transfer you will receive a confirmation of receipt of payment by e-mail from our accounting department. The product will then be shipped according to the shipping details below. The payment term for payment in advance is 14 days.

Shipping

The items will be shipped by mail or via postal service (DHL package) if a physical product is ordered. Shipping by e-mail is free of charge.

Shipping method for the different payment methods:

Paypal: Incoming orders before 5pm will be shipped on the same day.

Credit card: Incoming orders before 5pm will be shipped on the same day.

Sofortüberweisung: Incoming orders until 5 pm will be shipped on the same day.

Purchase on account: Incoming orders until 5 p.m. will be shipped on the same day.

Prepayment: Order will be shipped after payment has been received.

Shipping costs within Germany are 4,99 Euro via DHL. For items shipped within the EU, shipping costs are 9.99 euros. Delivery will be made by DHL.

Orders and deliveries are only possible within Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic and Hungary.

Delivery time (physical shipping):
within Germany: 1 - 2 business days
within Europe: 4 - 6 business days

In case of delivery delays, you will receive immediate feedback by mail within 24 hours. If an item is no longer available, we will offer you an equivalent alternative or refund your money.

Delivery periods

The time limit for delivery begins with payment by
-Anticipated payment on the day after issuing the payment order to your bank
-With purchase on account on the day after conclusion of the contract
-With Paypal immediately
-With Sofortüberweisung immediately
-With credit card immediately

The delivery period ends depending on the delivery status on the following day. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

In case of delivery delays we will inform you immediately. In this case, you will receive an e-mail from us or, if a telephone number has been provided, a message about the current delivery status and a new delivery date.
